Old Fashioned Hickory Smoked Boneless Ham
Schad’s boneless hams are boned and trimmed of all visible fat. It is labeled “Extra Lean” since it contains less than 2 grams of fat, less than 1 gram of saturated fat, and less than 50 milligrams of cholesterol per serving.
Schad’s boneless hams are cured in a salt and brown sugar brine overnight. The cured hams are then smoked by hanging over burning hickory wood chips in a smokehouse.
Schad boneless hams are fully cooked and a whole ham will weigh between 10 and 14 pounds.
